Vendor Relations Manager – Hajj & Umrah Sector
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Vendor Relations Manager to build and maintain strong partnerships with service providers across the Hajj & Umrah ecosystem. You will be the bridge between Yaa Hajji and our vendors, ensuring trust, compliance, and long-term collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with transport providers, luggage services, ziyarat guides, and other vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with service partners.
• Ensure vendors are compliant with Saudi regulations (Naqaba, UO licensing, etc.).
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality service delivery.
• Monitor vendor performance, resolve issues, and provide continuous support.
• Work closely with operations and sales teams to align vendor services with platform goals.
Requirements
• Prior experience in vendor management, procurement, or partnerships.
• Strong network within the Hajj & Umrah or Islamic travel services sector (mandatory).
• Knowledge of compliance requirements for service providers in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendor accounts.
• Based in Saudi Arabia (preferred).
Compensation
• Contract-based role with monthly retainer (to be discussed).
• Additional incentives based on successful vendor onboarding and performance.

Responsibilities- Build the best possible selection for our customers with the development of partnerships with new vendors. Your job will consist of managing a team prospecting, assessing, recruiting and integrating vendors for Amazon marketplaces.
- Manage a team of Mass Vendor Recruiters: drive the team performance, monitor individual objectives and evaluate performances.
- Be a business consultant to new vendors and provide insights and advice for them, being able to deal with different business profiles and sectors.
- Help new vendors to integrate their catalogue data into Amazon platform, master Amazon’s internal tools and train vendors on how to use these tools.
- Plan, conduct, deliver, and report analyses to understand the performance of recruited vendors.
- Help to develop and improve recruiting and onboarding processes, assist in removing any technical blockers and identifying technical improvement areas.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- 6+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- 2+ years of mentoring, leading and coaching experience

Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts with suppliers, service providers, and partners.
- Ensure contracts are compliant with corporate policies, industry standards, and applicable legal/regulatory frameworks.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts, amendments, and associated documents in the contract management system.
- Monitor contract milestones, deliverables, and obligations to ensure timely execution and renewals.
- Develop and manage supply agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), frame contracts, and purchase agreements with suppliers (international and domestic).
- Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and evaluation through contract documentation.
- Work closely with Procurement, Quality, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure supplier performance aligns with contractual terms.
- Negotiate terms to achieve cost savings, mitigate risks, and secure favorable conditions for the organization.
- Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with legal, commercial, and ethical standards in all contractual dealings.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual obligations, rights, and risk exposure.
- Support audits, reviews, and internal/external compliance requirements related to contracts.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing international commercial contracts for business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with BD teams in evaluating contract terms with new clients, agents, or global partners.
- Ensure that contract frameworks support long-term strategic growth objectives.
- Act as a key liaison between suppliers, legal counsel, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
- Provide training and advisory support to internal teams on contract-related procedures.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to streamline contract management processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business administration.
- Minimum 10 years of experience is required.
- Previous Supplier Relationship Management experience is required.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
