We are looking for qualified Delivery RF Engineers with strong Huawei experience in Planning & Pre-Optimization to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
RF planning for 2G/3G/4G/5G (using GENEX U-Net & Cloud)
TSSR review, SAF collection & submission, and LLD verification
Coordination with internal and external teams (GSC, PMO, COC, FSC, etc.)
Drive Test planning and optimization, KPI analysis, and issue resolution
Site data management, tool usage (ISDP, SMP, Remedy), and project reporting
Handling escalations, VIP/event sites, trials, and pilot projects
Weekly & monthly progress tracking and stakeholder meetings
Requirements:
Strong Huawei RF Planning & Optimization experience
Familiar with Saudi telecom environment and procedures
Hands-on with GENEX, Remedy, ISDP, and RF-related tools
Must be available in KSA with a valid Iqama
Strong coordination and reporting skills
