- Advocate for customer satisfaction by ensuring solutions meet or exceed client expectations and address their business challenges effectively.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks related to project execution, resource allocation, and technology implementation.
- Ensure all cloud operations adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, reinforcing trust with stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives to enhance processes, workflows, and service delivery methodologies, optimizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
- Represent the organization as a subject matter expert in cloud technologies through active participation in industry forums, training sessions, and client interactions.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security, Microsoft VoIP, and general cloud solutions.
- Supervise and mentor a team of cloud engineers specializing in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security, Microsoft VoIP, and general cloud solutions.
- Allocate resources and manage workloads effectively to meet project timelines and service-level agreements.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and create professional development plans for team members.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing cloud operations, improving system performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define the vision and roadmap for cloud technology services.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and VoIP to recommend strategic initiatives.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud solutions including Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS services, Microsoft 365 Security Suite, and Microsoft Teams VoIP services.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in security, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance across all projects.
- Act as a senior point of contact for escalated technical issues and critical customer projects.
- Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with delivered solutions.
- Present project updates, operational reports, and technical recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge bases for cloud services.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- BA in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Advanced certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Expert or ITIL Certification for Service Management are preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in cloud solutions architecture, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, VoIP technologies (Microsoft Teams), and cloud security solutions.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and complex cloud-based projects.
- Strategic thinking with strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in automation tools like PowerShell, Azure CLI, and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Fluent in English.

Responsible for driving sales growth and creating tailored cloud managed services solutions for enterprise customers. This role combines deep technical expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with strong business acumen to deliver value-based solutions aligned with client objectives.

Daily tasks and delivery expectation
- Own the full sales lifecycle for cloud managed services, from qualification to closure.
- Engage with CxO-level stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose appropriate cloud Services solutions.
- Design managed service offerings for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, cloud cost optimization, DRaaS, monitoring, and governance.
- Build tailored proposals, TCO/ROI models, and contractual structures for multi-year cloud outsourcing deals.
- Collaborate with delivery, architecture, Application and security teams to ensure solution feasibility and compliance.
- Drive commercial strategy, Operational and pricing models, and SLA/XLA definition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hyperscale’s (Azure, AWS, GCP), ISVs, and OEM partners.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and lead cloud transformation workshops with clients.
- Track and achieve quarterly/annual sales targets in alignment with the cloud GTM strategy.

Responsible for driving sales growth and creating tailored cloud managed services solutions for enterprise customers. This role combines deep technical expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with strong business acumen to deliver value-based solutions aligned with client objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Daily tasks and delivery expectation
Own the full sales lifecycle for cloud managed services, from qualification to closure.
Engage with CxO-level stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose appropriate cloud Services solutions.
Design managed service offerings for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, cloud cost optimization, DRaaS, monitoring, and governance.
Build tailored proposals, TCO/ROI models, and contractual structures for multi-year cloud outsourcing deals.
Collaborate with delivery, architecture, Application and security teams to ensure solution feasibility and compliance.
Drive commercial strategy, Operational and pricing models, and SLA/XLA definition.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hyperscale’s (Azure, AWS, GCP), ISVs, and OEM partners.
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and lead cloud transformation workshops with clients.
Track and achieve quarterly/annual sales targets in alignment with the cloud GTM strategy.
