**JOB PURPOSE**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Oversee development and content management of the FII website, social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), brochures and other print materials, internal communication vehicles (newsletter, blog, annual reports, etc.), news and public relations, and external advertising campaigns and communication activities.
- Lead the development and publication of the annual report.
- Lead the development of annual communication and marketing plans, with the collaboration of FII unit heads and other stakeholders. Regularly evaluate effectiveness of marketing and communication activities, updating or changing plans as needed to achieve goals.
- Identify populations of prospective partnerships and create and manage marketing activities that utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software, multiple social media channels, print and electronic direct marketing, the FII website and events.
- Serve as FII media contact and oversee communications about the activities of the organization.
- Develop and oversee FII branding. Coordinate with outside vendors for production of materials.
- Support communication for development activities as needed.
- Support and publicize events, guest speakers, seminars, and other FII activities.
- Prepare and distribute event communications, and track event effectiveness.
- Handle multiple projects and priorities and adapt to brand style and maintain FII standards.
- Responsible for strategizing, developing, implementing and managing innovative marketing strategies that will build the FII brand and special events leading to increased awareness, participation, fundraising revenue and relevance among our various target audiences.
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing, designing graphics that are creative, static and digital.
- Video editing including social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Research and stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
