As a Web Analytics Specialist at ABYAT, you will play a key role in shaping our ECommerce analytics strategy. Your insights will drive performance enhancements, improve customer journeys, and empower data-driven decision-making across our digital platforms. Job Description
Site Performance & Conversion Optimization
- Own the performance analysis of ABYAT’s ECommerce sites.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to increase conversion rates and maximize revenue.
- Track and optimize micro-conversions to enhance user flows and streamline the path to purchase.
- Design and implement a robust measurement framework to support both site and cross-functional teams.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on site analytics and key business drivers.
- Analyze the impact of content, features, and campaigns on customer behavior and business outcomes.
- Work closely with the Marketing Analytics team to connect campaign performance with user behavior.
- Support the transition to a multi-touch attribution model.
- Partner with the Data Analytics team to build and maintain real-time dashboards for key KPIs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and methodologies.
- Drive the continuous evolution of ABYAT’s web analytics capabilities through innovation and best practices.
- Apply A/B testing and web performance optimization techniques to improve digital experiences.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in web/digital analytics, ideally within an ECommerce setting.
- Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), including tagging and tracking implementation.
- Strong understanding of user behavior analysis and conversion funnels.
- Hands-on experience with multi-touch attribution models.
- Proficient in A/B testing and web performance optimization.
- Skilled in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for data modeling and manipulation.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities, especially in translating complex data into impactful narratives.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
