Ability to sustain assigned aspects of the property in adherence to typical maintenance & water quality procedures, including but not limited to:
- Prepares the swimming pool and recreational water bodies for guest use.
- Maintains pool and recreational water bodies including vacuuming, brooming, washing decks, flushing gutters, washing, scrubbing, disinfecting pool areas, cleaning and polishing stainless steel accessories, and debris removal.
- Carries out CBM's (Conditional Based Maintenance) as assigned and follows preventive maintenance guidelines per equipment manufacturers and property standards.
- Works safely following all health and safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment.
- Escalates and advises senior personnel on issues.
- Familiarizes with the property layout.
- Performs duties during emergencies as required.
- Maintains cleanliness of mechanical, storage, electrical, and boiler rooms.
- Checks the proper functioning of pumping and lighting systems, reporting damages.

You should have a university degree or equivalent with at least seven years of inspection experience, or a high school diploma with at least ten years of inspection experience. Aramco approval in previous projects and passing the CBT (Computer Based Testing) are required.
Mission
- Support the implementation of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) within the project.
- Assist the Project Quality Manager (PQM) / Quality Control Manager (QCM) in supervising project quality control activities.
- Report project information and data to PQM / QCM following corporate guidelines.
- Coordinate with QCM as the focal point for quality control matters and liaise with external entities.
