Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Strategy and Vision

  6. Execution and Iteration
    • Drive fast and disciplined execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of all new/updated features.

Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field is required. MBA is a strong plus.
  • 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to scale B2B and B2C SaaS products with measurable commercial impact.
  • Strong experience in KSA, the UAE, and wider MENA markets, ideally within HR Tech, SaaS, and enterprise software.
  • Track record of designing flexible products that can be scaled based on the use case of the customer (across industries, public vs. private sectors, geographies, etc.).
