Our client is a leading Holding Company with a strong reputation in Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking an experienced candidate for the position of VP Supply Chain, based at their head office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will have solid experience in supply chain management and related competencies. Responsibilities include managing the supply chain function, ensuring cost-effective services across all Business Units, driving continuous improvement, and supporting business strategy. The role also involves leading inventory management to meet target levels and defining, developing, and implementing regional supply chain strategies, including inventory management, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and strategic sourcing. Leading and developing a team of professionals is also a key aspect.

Reports to: President and CEO

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective supply chain and sourcing strategies aligned with the Group’s objectives and operational needs of SBUs.
  • Establish supply chain and procurement processes and systems, coordinating with the ICT Department for supporting information systems.
  • Ensure quality checks across the Group against set standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Support SBUs in demand planning and order quantity recommendations using analytical tools.
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Materials Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a comparable industry, preferably in a Group setting.
  • Open to all nationalities.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary is indicative and based on experience and interview performance, typically between 40,000 - 50,000 SAR per month (~$130,000 - $150,000 USD annually) plus benefits.
