    Role Overview:

    As a VM Display Stylist , you are a key contributor to the brand’s identity through creative, trend-led visual presentation. You will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience and driving sales by delivering compelling product displays in-store and across multiple markets. The role requires cultural awareness, creativity, and an eye for detail to present merchandise that inspires customers and supports commercial goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure all visual merchandising displays comply with brand and company standards across stores.
    • Implement seasonal guidelines and promotional campaigns in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Dress mannequins and coordinate store layouts based on product performance and visual impact.
    • Design and execute visually compelling product presentations that enhance customer engagement and maximize sales.
    • Arrange merchandise, signage, backdrops, and store furniture according to pre-approved plans.
    • Identify creative opportunities to highlight key product categories and best sellers.

    Store & Market Support:

    • Conduct regular store visits to assess visual merchandising execution and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide hands-on VM support during store openings, refurbishments, and major promotional events.
    • Remain informed about product launches, top-performing SKUs, and marketing activations.
    • Train in-store teams and VM champions on updated standards, display techniques, and seasonal rollouts.
    • Collaborate with Store Managers, Operations, and Marketing teams to align VM efforts with commercial objectives.
    • Support in creating training materials or quick guides when needed.
    • Coordinate with signage vendors and ensure timely placement of in-store promotional graphics.
    • Oversee the installation and removal of graphics in alignment with campaign timelines.
    • Ensure all visuals are well-maintained, clean, and reflect current brand messages.

    Brand Representation & Innovation:

    • Act as a brand custodian, ensuring the visual identity of the brand is consistently maintained.
    • Stay updated on fashion, retail, and cultural trends to bring fresh visual ideas.
    • Proactively suggest improvements in VM execution and share best practices across markets.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Education: University Degree in Interior Design, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Visual Merchandising role within a fashion retail environment.
    • Strong understanding of fashion trends and customer behavior.
    • Proficient in Photoshop , Illustrator , and PowerPoint .
    • Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to visual creativity.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
