- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution
- Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia
- At least 3 years of experience as a legal advisor, preferably within the real estate sector
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi property laws, real estate regulations, and corporate law
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex legal concepts
