We are seeking a Legal Advisor / Associate to join our Legal Department and support the Group across corporate legal and governance matters as well as the contract lifecycle . This role is hands-on and cross-functional, requiring strong legal drafting skills, business judgment, and the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
Responsibilities- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (EPC, supply, consultancy, NDAs, JVs, MOUs).
