Job Description

The BIM Senior Manager – Design Engineering is responsible for overseeing the BIM software implementation and management across various projects, ensuring standardization of processes, coordination and maintaining quality control.

The BIM Senior Manager – Design Engineering will ensure the development of effective strategies for BIM management, coordination with both internal and external project team members, alignment with project schedule (including critical and strategic milestones).

The BIM Senior Manager – Design Engineering will facilitate digital project execution according to specific NEOM standards, guidelines, and practices. Key Responsibilities:

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Senior Manager – Development Design & Engineering to lead the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of the design and engineering aspects of the Vertical Links Project. The successful candidate will champion health, safety, and security, demonstrate Qiddiya values, and ensure project schedules, budgets, and resources are effectively managed in collaboration with discipline leads, contractors, and stakeholders.

Candidates must have extensive experience working in the concept, design and procurement phases of the project lifecycle along with previous experience of working in an Engineering Consultancy.

This role requires expertise in scope management, constructability, contract alignment, change control, and cross‑functional coordination. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving project delivery in alignment with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and manage security design consulting engagements to a professional standard; independently and / or in support of other senior colleagues, and the Director.

Be a subject Matter Expert of electronic security systems and manage security design and installation projects from conception to completion.
