Job Brief:
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting NHC's Real Estate Finance team by delivering high-quality financial analysis, modeling, and reporting for large-scale real estate developments. The role focuses on feasibility studies, investment appraisal, and financial performance monitoring across residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for large-scale real estate projects using Estate Master, Argus, or similar software.
- Perform feasibility studies, including sensitivity analysis, cash flow projections, NPV, IRR, ROI, and other real estate financial metrics.
- Support investment decisions through cost and revenue benchmarking and detailed financial analysis.
- Draft, review, and update regular financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards (Power BI or similar tools).
- Monitor risk, funding, and investment performance, including PPP and other funding models.
