What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end research initiatives, from defining goals and selecting methods to conducting studies, synthesizing findings, and communicating insights.
- Conduct in-field and remote research with real users across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region, including intercept interviews, contextual inquiries, and usability sessions in public spaces or on-call.
