Operation and Monitoring of ZLD System:
Operate and monitor all equipment within the ZLD plant, including reverse osmosis (RO), evaporators, crystallizers, and filtration systems.
- Ensure optimal operation by adjusting the chemical dosing and system parameters to meet required discharge and recovery standards.
Regularly check the functionality of plant equipment, including pumps, valves, and monitoring systems.
Water Treatment and Chemical Dosing:
Manage the chemical dosing process to ensure proper treatment of wastewater before it enters the recovery or disposal stages.
- Monitor and adjust chemical dosages based on real-time system data to optimize treatment performance.
