We are hiring an Unreal Engine Operator, to operate content on LED screens, ensuring immersive environments integrate seamlessly on our Virtual Production stage.
Responsibilities:- Setting up and configuring Unreal Engine to meet the requirements of the Virtual Production projects.
- Managing and optimizing the performance of Unreal to ensure smooth playback and high-quality visuals for the LED walls.
- Collaborating with the VP Supervisor, other operators, technicians and crew to achieve the desired look and feel of the virtual elements on the stage.
- Operating the controls and interfaces of Unreal during productions, to manipulate virtual elements in real-time.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions to ensure uninterrupted operation of Unreal.
- Staying up to date with the latest developments and best practices in real-time rendering technology to enhance the quality and efficiency of Virtual Production workflows.
Requirements
- Mastery of Unreal Engine along with blueprint scripting languages.
- Familiarity with Virtual Production tools, such as cameras, motion capture systems and real-time compositing software.
- Understanding of rendering techniques, lighting, shading and texturing.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues swiftly and implement effective solutions.
- Effective communication and team work with Virtual Production Supervisors, engineers and technicians.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring seamless integration of virtual elements within production.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies and techniques in the rapidly evolving world of Virtual Production.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Architects, Engineers and other internal and external members to ensure seamless integration of assets and visual elements
- Manage Digital Assets Library
- Ensure visual consistency and adherence to project art direction and style guides
- Assemble and render high-quality cinematic scenes inside Unreal Engine
- Proactively research and integrate emerging Unreal Engine features and industry trends.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive innovation within the team.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align integration and visualization efforts with organizational objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their visualization needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Architecture, Game development, Visual Art, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven work experience in developing real-time 3D applications in Unreal Engine and/or other virtual production pipelines.
