Key Responsibilities:

• Own L3-level operations for Unix within a highly regulated banking estate, ensuring availability, performance, security, audit readiness, and rapid recovery as per RTO/RPO.
• Provide L3-level support for Unix in a mission-critical banking environment.
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements.
• Operate under ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem/Knowledge).
• Maintain high availability, performance, and security; participate in DR/BCP drills.
• Design/architect, capacity plan, and optimize Unix for large-scale banking workloads.
• Lead major incidents/war rooms; guide L1/L2; produce post-incident reports for auditors.
• Define standards, golden configurations, and automation (scripts/Infra-as-Code) to reduce toil.
• Roadmap planning, version upgrades, performance baselining, and DR strategy ownership.

The Job Description

1. Maintaining backup and disaster recovery procedure and replication in all recovery sites.
2. Administer Azure DR solution using recovery services.
3. Configure Azure AAD and AD connect servers with High availability.
4. Configure APP proxy, MFA, SSPR and SSO to secure on-prem/cloud services.
5. Administering, monitoring, configuring, and securing VMware vSphere ESXi clusters in multiple data centers.
6. Implementing, configuring, and monitoring various new system projects.
7. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
8. Managing Windows Server infrastructure components (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File share and Exchange).
9. Patching & managing Infrastructure & cloud vulnerabilities.
10. Daily operation, monitoring and troubleshooting system health, data center activities, server firmware upgrade and maintenance periodically.
11. Applying data restore procedure and document test recovery cases.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s in computer science or a related field.
