We're looking for an accomplished UX designer (Arabic Speaking) to lead the day-to-day delivery of the several on going projects and long-term improvement of our design services. This role combines hands-on UX work with management

Looking for experienced User Experience Consultant with a demonstrated history of leading UX work in the digital design and Health-Care industry.

Skilled in Experience design, User Interface design, User Research, UI/UX Design. Broad design experience with exhaustive toolchain.

The candidate should have experience in conducting UX research, Planning, Design, Prototyping and reviewing and testing UX designs using design standards, frameworks and guidelines defined by Nelsen's, WACC and Heuristic design principles.

The candidate should have experience in design consulting on assessing digital applications mobile/web (B2C, B2B) for iOS/Android for healthcare organisations / health service providers (customers / B2B) domains.

Ideal experience:
6-9 years with hands-on skills on designing, advising, conducting UX audits and reviews with expertise in leading A/B testing, user testing/interviews on designs / sketches

Key skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Surveys, interviews, and focus groups across B2C and B2B segments.

As a UX/UI Design Expert, you
combine a deep understanding of user experience principles with a strong visual design sense to deliver intuitive, engaging, and impactful interfaces.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in UX/UI Design.
• Proven experience in designing digital products using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in delivering similar large-scale or complex projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Professional certification in User Experience (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group certification preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken).
