Follow up with the new customers after the demo session to negotiate contracts and packages.
Ensure all details of the contract are compliant with our rules & regulations.

Maintain relationships with existing customers by providing them with support, information, and guidance.

Assist the customers in answering all product-related questions in a professional and timely manner.

Negotiate contracts and packages with existing customers.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing Zahrawi standards.
Contribute to the team effort by achieving the annual target set by the management and assisting the team when needed.
Operating Theatre:
Attend surgeries along with the doctors and nurses and assisting them with any issues they might be facing with the equipment.
Data Track:
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and maintaining accurate records of all products sold.
Orders:
- Place orders to the concerned purchase coordinator.
Follow up with the Procurement & Logistics team with regards to sending them the products and ensuring that it reaches them on time.
Invoicing:
Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure proper invoicing of the products and following up with them with regards to the collection/payment.
Delivery:
- Coordinate with the warehouse for the timely deliveries.
Application:
Conduct training session to customers.
Assist the customers with the equipment that is being used.
Run validation tests with the customers to ensure that they fully understand how to use the equipment.
Solve any issues that they might be facing while using the equipment.
Requirements- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any medical science related field (including biomedical science, biology, biochemistry, nursing and applied sciences etc.)
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in medical sales. Experience related to attending surgeries (Operating Theatre) is required.

Job Description
Provides a wide range of direct and complex nursing care to Critical Care requiring advanced nursing skills. Functions as a preceptor and role model for new hires and other identified staff.
Provides total, direct nursing care to patients requiring advanced, skilled, or complex care.
Completes specific critical care competencies as identified by supervisor.
Sets up, monitors, and adjusts specialized equipment used on patients such as cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) machines, oxygen delivery devices, mechanical ventilators, and Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP).
Analyzes, interprets, and records electronic displays, such as intracranial pressures, central venous pressures, pulmonary artery pressures, and cardiac rhythms from cardiac monitors, respirators, ventilators, etc.
Assists clinicians with procedures such as Central line insertions, bronchoscopy, endoscopy, endotracheal intubation, and elective cardioversion.
Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards and protocol and initiates ACLS protocols.
Monitors patients for changes in status and indications of conditions such as sepsis or shock and institutes appropriate interventions.
Prioritizes nursing care for assigned critically ill patients based on assessment data and identified needs and plan of care.
Represents unit or department on committees, special interest groups, and task forces.
Treats customers (guests, patients, nurses, physicians, and other employees) with courtesy, respect, and caring behaviors.
Always answers a patient’s call light/bell even if it is not an assigned patient and always takes the initiative to assist the patient.
Presents a positive image of JHAH through professional appearance and behavior.
Maintains confidentiality by choosing the appropriate persons, time, and place for patient-related discussions.

- Completion of Critical Care Course or additional years' experience in lieu of formal course.
