As Host Transportation Coordinator, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
- Develop, implement, and maintain efficient transportation schedules and routes for employees.
- Coordinate with transport vendors, shuttle/bus operators, and drivers to ensure reliable service.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure punctuality and address route or scheduling issues.
- Liaise with external transportation providers for service agreements and renewals.

Qualifications
To execute the position of Host Transportation Coordinator, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
Diploma or equivalent in Business, preferably in Human Resources and at least 1 year experience in a similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
Technical skills include advanced MS Office, Outlook platforms.
Fluent in English; I understand that Arabic as additional language is preferred.

Main Job Purpose:
The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the timely delivery of goods, the day-to-day operations of the drivers, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of staff, compliance with company policy and procedure, country laws and guidelines, along with the maintenance and care of company vehicles.

- Manage POD return and WDR data entry, updating DDR, WDR & check CDRF forward Invoices to Operations. Prepare load plan and Invoice segregation for loading/delivery trips.
- Review drivers' hours properly and submit timecards to supervisors. Record Drivers' Trip allowances through DDAR records.
- Record driver concerns through debrief, along with policy violations and direct main issues to the Transportation Supervisor/the Team leader.
- Ensure adherence to all security and operational procedures. Monitor assets assigned to Driver/Staff – Bravo units, uniform, ID tags, Handheld units, pallets, cages, all MHE, Truck straps/bars
