**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ As Traffic/ Mobility Expert, the incumbent will develop traffic reports including traffic impact studies, traffic impact assessments, traffic survey report, methodology report etc.
+ Excellent knowledge of smart mobility, micro-mobility and pedestrian simulations.
+ Excellent knowledge of micro-simulation models using PTV VISSIM software.
+ Excellent knowledge of Strategic Transport Models in VISUM and EMME software.
+ Review and ensure traffic diversion safety on the project.
+ Perform analysis for road network using software's such as Sidra, Synchro and HCS.
+ Excellent knowledge of traffic signage and road marking plans and develop 3D BIM Models
+ Maintains first level quality assurance to confirm that the installation of all work within his /her discipline is in accordance with the plans, specifications, and industry standards
+ May have some interface with the client and upper level management
+ Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
+ Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Transportation engineering from a recognized institution
+ Minimum 15+ postgraduate years of experience and a minimum of 5 years of major roads/transportation projects within the GCC
+ Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia is preferable.
+ Masters degree is preferable.
+ Qualified professional who can manage and coordinate specialized activity, discipline or team of moderate size and complexity.
+ Requires excellent written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in using different traffic/transportation software such as VISUM, VISSIM, Synchro, Sidra, HCS, EMME and CAD.

You will work closely with supervision consultants to ensure efficient traffic flow and minimal disruption during construction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement traffic management plans for road and infrastructure projects.
- Design and oversee detour routes and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, local authorities, and stakeholders to manage traffic impact.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor traffic conditions to ensure effective implementation of plans.
