We are looking for a self-driven and highly collaborative Sales Hunter professional to cover the role of
**Sr. Account Executive** with knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, platform technologies and proven business-to-business sales and account management experience. In this role you will develop and execute a winning platform sales strategy for your assigned territory in the
**Transportation & Logistics Industry** across the full
**South Europa** and the
**Middle East region based out of Saudi Arabia.**
Together with a highly passionate team of HERE industry and solution experts, and a growing ecosystem of software and integration partners, you will help your customers to solve some of their biggest business challenges with regards to
**Real Time Shipment Visibility, Sustainability, or Last Mile Delivery**.
The key to this role is your ability to articulate value, inspire and to sell the HERE Platform for Logistics Vision to Senior Supply Chain and IT Executives. As a trusted advisor and coach, you are the person with the expertise in Enterprise, Business and Technology Architecture that can match customer needs to the capabilities of HERE.
**Your Impact**
- Develop and execute annual business plans for assigned territory, outline clear strategies, tactics, and action plans; build on existing business to deliver revenue growth; drive growth by upselling and closing large deals with new customers and buying centers.
- Deliver results to constantly meet quarterly and annual sales targets by creating compelling value propositions and selling long-term collaborative value-roadmaps to innovate and co-create game changing solutions with your customers
- Focus on customer engagement: develop strong executive level relationships; build and nurture C-level relationships; map HERE executives to your customer; drive customer excitement; promote HERE’s leadership as location platform for business, detect and develop new opportunities for growth; leverage team to build business cases, and close deals.
- Analyze markets, detect targets, engage and win new accounts: understand HERE strength and how it can resolve specific problems or deliver value to the T&L industry; spot low hanging fruits and account targets; drive the sales team to engage in proper value selling approach, and win large deals with new accounts
- Be an internal T&L leader and develop harmonious cross group collaboration: engage with all required groups (pre-sales, customer success, professional services, product management, licensing & business operations, legal, revenue marketing, strategic alliances).
- Demonstrate Excellence in Execution: ensure top quality business planning, sales forecasting, and reporting (SFDC)
- Earn and maintain trusted advisor status for your customers based on deep industry and technology knowledge.
Who are you?:
- For this role we can only consider Saudi nationals
- 10+ years of business to business sales experience selling complex software, SaaS, or PaaS solutions to large global enterprises with a consistent track record of overachieving bookings and revenue quotas
- 2+ years of successful experience in selling into Transport & Logistics, SCM solutions, Transportation Management, Supply Chain Visibility, Last Mile Delivery, Driver Facing Applications, etc.
- Sales Hunter and Entrepreneurial attitude
- Experience developing and presenting business impact, time to value, return on investment combined with excellent executive level written and oral communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to generate, advance, and close large (> €1M+ transaction value), complex software, content, and/or services transactions involving complex interdisciplinary buying centers from developer to C-Level
- Ability to motivate and drive a virtual winning including industry, technical pre-sales, product management and commercial support resources as well as HERE management; but still roll up your sleeves to accomplish what needs to be done
- Ability to operate in a rapidly-changing, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a cadence of delivering consistent results

What You'll Be Doing:
As Traffic/ Mobility Expert, the incumbent will develop traffic reports including traffic impact studies, traffic impact assessments, traffic survey report, methodology report etc.
Excellent knowledge of smart mobility, micro-mobility and pedestrian simulations.
Excellent knowledge of micro-simulation models using PTV VISSIM software.
Excellent knowledge of Strategic Transport Models in VISUM and EMME software.
Review and ensure traffic diversion safety on the project.
Perform analysis for road network using software’s such as Sidra, Synchro and HCS.
Excellent knowledge of traffic signage and road marking plans and develop 3D BIM Models
Maintains first level quality assurance to confirm that the installation of all work within his /her discipline is in accordance with the plans, specifications, and industry standards
May have some interface with the client and upper level management
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Transportation engineering from a recognized institution
Minimum 15+ postgraduate years of experience and a minimum of 5 years of major roads/transportation projects within the GCC
Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia is preferable.
Masters degree is preferable.
Qualified professional who can manage and coordinate specialized activity, discipline or team of moderate size and complexity.
Requires excellent written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in using different traffic/transportation software such as VISUM, VISSIM, Synchro, Sidra, HCS, EMME and CAD.
