• Correspond with all various bodies involved in completing quotation (Commercial, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Planning, Execution project managers).
• Build, maintain, and manage customer relationships and keep up good Communications
• Provide weekly, monthly, yearly report on all submitted quotations with status of each in terms of both Technical offering and TRL

Key Responsibilities:

1. Study all inputs related to the technical submittal request and coordinate with the pre-sales team to clarify any additional requirements needed for preparing the technical submittal.

Qualifications:

• Aware about SEC Distribution Specification of PSS, USS, and LVDP and different Municipality specifications for SLP and LSS.
• Expert in reading and analyzing the customer electrical SLD, load schedules.
• Knowledgeable about multiple MV & LV components manufacturers such as ABB, Schneider, Eaton, Siemens, Legrand, and must have expertise in one at least.

Job Purpose
To enable local real time Contract Engineering support; we are seeking an enthusiastic Contracts Engineer to join our close-knit Team at Lucy Electric. The role will encompass consulting with our clients to communicate their application needs to our development and engineering team as well as demonstrating our products to our customers when required. The role will provide local technical support and engineering resource for contract projects and generate new contract drawings, options, and Bills of Material (BOMs) to meet our customers' needs.

Job Context
As local support for a wider Contract and Engineering team, the role will entail closely interacting with other design, contract and technical engineers.

You will be creating contract drawings and engineering BOMs for both internal and external customers in KSA and overseas. This may involve developing and trialing new features for our switchgear products as well as the preparation of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Liaising with customers during product inspections and responding to their technical queries to ensure product compliance will be required.
