Job Description
- Participate and coordinate technical meetings and ensure implementation of meeting outputs;
- Implement applicable legislation requirements, regulations, customer requirements, corporate requirements or applicable international standards for continuous suitability and improvement of food safety management system;
- Assist in External Audits and close findings as per the proposed target dates;
- Deliver food safety or other related training;
- Describe, discuss, and implement processes required;
- Assist in Product Validation for new product ;
- Perform production quality checks using the Quality Route Tool;
- Create, implement, and review quality procedures and HACCP Plans per each product;
- Create and revise food safety forms
- Coach and train QC and Quality Inspectors (prepare their schedules; distribute tasks, if required);
- Arrange and participate in Quality Weeks;
- Guide corrective actions whenever a deviation is detected in the production process and ensure implementation of non-conformities raised during online or product checks
- Review the pest control contact and Coordinate with External Pest Control/Other Service providers;
- Understand lab test results and guide corrective actions whenever a deviation is detected;
