Your Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven QA Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Requirements:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy, including test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers (manual and automation), fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.
3. Define and track quality metrics to monitor progress and product health.
4. Oversee the execution of functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing across all releases.

10. Participate in release planning and provide go/no-go recommendations based on product readiness.

What You Need:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
3. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
4. Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and frameworks.
5. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
6. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
8. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating QA processes into automated workflows is a plus.

A leading international engineering consultancy is seeking a qualified QA Engineer to support a major infrastructure programme based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This long-term role is part of the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team, focused on overseeing quality assurance across multiple construction packages for a large-scale Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) infrastructure programme.

Role Overview
As QA Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing, reviewing, and monitoring quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with international standards and project specifications. You’ll work closely with contractors, auditors, and multidisciplinary teams to maintain quality documentation, support audits, and drive corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and approve contractor submittals including ITPs, quality plans, and method statements
• Monitor contractor compliance with project QA procedures and specifications

The QA tester role is a critical function within the QA team. Reporting directly to the QA Lead/QA Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the external deployment project manager, producer, product manager, external dev team, QA, and the engineering teams to ensure best in class test coverage for Scopely projects. You're a master of communication and bug finding wizard - able to both help coordinate a legion of testers with delegated tasks as well as roll up your own sleeves to take on the solo mission of assisting our cross-functional teams as an autonomous, expert QA specialist.

You will be responsible for many facets of the QA process, from authoring test cases to creating and executing test scripts for new features. During the design phase of new product features, you will also be expected to provide insight as to potential edge case issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential to succeed in this role
