As a Self-Supervisory Unit (SSU) employee and Compliance Officer, you'll be responsible for:

- Perform regular audits and inspections on all RWM Facilities, and generate reports on performance.
- Ensure corrective actions are undertaken to address nonconformities found.
- Hold quarterly audit performance meetings within the RWM and NEOM teams.
- Manage the audit nonconformity database.
- Provide detailed analysis of nonconformities.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with the HESQ Management System ISO9001; ISO 14000; ISO 45000.
- Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions.
- Produce written reports and make presentations.
- Undertake continuous training and development and promote a culture of continuous improvement in Compliance practices.
- Identify business improvement opportunities within the organisation.
- Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any NEOM policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors.
- Conduct quality assessments of processes and tasks in the department.
- Ensure that projects are undertaken in accordance with relevant Legislation and NEOM Standards.
- Provide professional technical advice to teams and the wider NEOM as necessary.
- Good knowledge of Waste Management Systems and Standards.
- Good Knowledge of the Waste Management Compliance Procedures for Operational Environments.
- Good Knowledge of HSEQ Assurance Auditing.
- Good Knowledge of KSA legislation and requirements.
- Good knowledge of waste management processes.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in an assurance management role within an organisation with certified QMS/IMS systems.
- Track record of Compliance system management and auditing, record management, quality and time parameters in waste management or related field.
- Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels including, clients, contractors, department heads and external regulatory bodies.
- Experience of working on projects in the GCC or similar.
- Relevant Qualifications in HS; Environment; Quality Management or similar (e.g., TQM, Engineering).
- Six Sigma Certification/ Certified HSE Auditor.
- ISO Systems Lead Auditor Certification.
- KSA Driving Licence.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
- HSE Certifications.
