In this role, you will generate and review the mechanical engineering design deliverables such as reports, specifications, assessment studies for the existing and proposed systems.
- The applicant must be knowledgeable in operation and maintenance issues in order to take them into account during the design process.
- The applicant must have a good experience in design the mechanical works related to Water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plant, pumping, Storage facilities, piping, disinfection, systems, etc for code compliance, interdisciplinary integration and constructability aspects.
- Your role will include preparation of surge analyses using Bentley Hammer, Ky-pipe or Wanda.
- You will be doing design review, PEER review, shop drawings, and other design and construction related documents, project specifications, and participate in project cost estimates.
- You will be also attending technical workshops related to projects design works as well as meetings related to construction technical supports for running projects on site.
- Preferably you are required to have a very good knowledge in working in a BIM environment, using **Revit MEP **in modelling of mechanical works, understanding of BIM collaboration between different disciplines, working with common data environments ( **Projectwise or BIM 360 **), and the ability to use **Navisworks **for the coordination and clash detection purposes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related engineering oversight experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution is required.
- Proven experience in the field of design and design review of the mechanical systems for the different types of pumping, water and wastewater treatment plants’ facilities.
- English proficiency is mandatory to maintain the required quality in engineering communications with clients. subs, and teammates.

MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Build the Account Plan in order to define the account strategy and align the plan with the customer and the internal stakeholders by:
- Understanding the customer's stakes, expectations and vision and how Thales offers can support the customer's business

Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Telecommunication Infrastructure Engineer to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the design and engineering of robust telecommunications infrastructure for large-scale projects, including fiber optic networks, cabling systems, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and public address systems.
Develop detailed engineering design packages, including schematics, plans, cable routing diagrams, equipment specifications, and bills of materials.
Serve as the primary technical lead, guiding junior engineers and designers while ensuring the technical accuracy and quality of all project deliverables.
Manage the full project for the telecom scope, from initial concept and feasibility studies through to design, and construction support.
Coordinate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including architects, civil and electrical engineers, clients, and third-party vendors, to ensure seamless integration of telecom systems.
Ensure all designs comply with national and local codes, industry standards (e.g., BICSI, TIA/EIA), and project-specific requirements.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Extensive experience in designing telecommunications infrastructure
Deep technical knowledge of fiber optic network design, including link loss calculations, splicing, and termination.
Proven expertise in designing and specifying voice, data, video, and security systems (LAN, WAN, CCTV, access control).
Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D, for creating detailed layouts and schematics.
Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices from organizations like BICSI and the TIA/EIA.
Exceptional project management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead a design team and manage multiple projects concurrently.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
BICSI RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) certification is highly preferred.
Previous experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects, such as smart cities, airports, or rail systems.
Familiarity with network design tools and simulation software.
Familiar with local Saudi ICT codes and standards.
