Share segment insights covering current business performance, challenges and market opportunities with the business team with recommended next steps/actions
- Understanding the industry regulations and constraints
- Understanding competitor offering and different segments and channels
- Category and consumer behaviour understanding, triggers and barriers
- Manage the development on segment related marketing initiatives
- Manage the relationship with key stakeholders (customer, sales, activation)

About the Role: To assist the Trade Marketing Manager in coordinating the implementation of effective category and product planograms, in-store & outdoor branding, POSM, and in-store promotion activities with the Regional Sales team, aiming to increase sales growth and profit for Almarai.

  1. Maintain and review merchandising planograms and ensure their implementation across the sales region.
  2. Coordinate with other departments to ensure all merchandising requirements are met to achieve merchandising excellence.
