2- Policy & Protocol Development:

  • Perform regular salary gap analyses to identify inequities and make data-driven recommendations

  • Oversee the accurate and efficient management of a complex payroll system spanning 42 companies
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality

5- Oracle Fusion Expertise:

  • Manage and optimize the Oracle Fusion system to support compensation, benefits, and payroll functions
  • Design and implement payment protocols and systems using Oracle Fusion to improve efficiency and reporting
  • Lead and mentor a team, ensuring the professional development and engagement of at least four direct reports
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the total rewards team

7- Compliance & Integrity:

- Direct the design, communications, enrollment, claims administration, vendor interfaces, premium payments, database systems, and accounting for various total rewards program

- Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.

    • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in organizational development, talent management, or total rewards is required, with at least 3 years in a strategic or managerial role.
    • Strong knowledge of OD methodologies, employee engagement practices, leadership development frameworks, and cultural transformation strategies is essential.
    • Hands-on experience in job evaluation, compensation benchmarking, performance management, and succession planning is required.
    • Proficiency in data analysis, HR reporting tools, and the ability to generate insights from HR metrics is expected.

    • Proven experience and demonstrated performance in a similar role supporting multiple markets and geographies.
    • Previous experience in either Egypt, Lebanon, Saudi or United Arab Emirates are required.

    At Six Flags Qiddiya City, The Senior Associate - Total Rewards is responsible for supporting the development and execution of a comprehensive total rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and market competitiveness. This role involves assisting in the enhancement of total rewards programs, including base and variable pay, health, retirement, wellness, and recognition programs, with the goal of attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent.

    JOB-SPECIFIC:

    Assist in converting the total rewards strategy into practical business plans, and help track their implementation to ensure alignment with HR goals and Six Flags' overall strategy

    Assist in managing compensation strategies by participating in compensation reviews, supporting salary increase processes, and providing oversight for special compensation tools and solutions.

    Prepare materials for the senior management, presenting key rewards and compensation topics in a clear and concise manner to enhance information flow and aid in decision-making.

    Contribute to the development of short to long-term compensation strategies by assisting in studies on total rewards, variable pay, and functional pay differentiation to support current and future organizational needs.

    Support the consistency of compensation-related communications and management strategies across all functions.

    Assist in managing complex compensation programs.

    Support the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring effective integration and communication of benefits information to employees.

    Assist in the development of tools that guide employees in selecting benefits and support managers with compensation decisions.

    Contribute to the development and implementation of improvements in total rewards policies, recommending changes to enhance overall functionality.

    Prepare accurate functional MIS reports to meet the organization's reporting needs.

    Support the development and alignment of the salary scale and grading system, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and consistency in job levels, pay bands, and career pathways.

    Assist with job evaluation processes, including job ranking and classification, to ensure appropriate role assessments and salary placements.

    Help design and manage incentive programs and performance-based bonuses that reinforce company goals and enhance employee engagement.

    Conduct internal and external benchmarking to ensure that the company's rewards programs remain competitive.

    Implement sales/ operational incentives that align with organizational goals and effectively motivate employees

    Promote employee recognition and well-being programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention.

    Conduct promotions studies and provide recommendations to ensure fair and effective career advancement opportunities for employees.

    Assist in the annual merit review process by recommending and implementing strategies for employee growth and development.

    Contribute to quality management initiatives by ensuring that reward and compensation processes uphold high standards of efficiency and effectiveness.

    Adhere to functional policies, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and control in total rewards operations.

    Requirements

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Business Administration or similar relevant field

    Experience:

    3-6 years' Experience in working with large and complex data sets.

    or relevant experience

    Skills:

    Understanding of organizational development principles, methodologies, and best practices.

    Understanding of financial principles and the ability to interpret financial data.

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Ability to create and implement strategic workforce plans.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
