  • Lead the entire testing lifecycle, including: planning, scoping, scheduling, coordinating, executing and reporting.
  • Develop detailed test plans and test cases for all phases of the testing lifecycle to include system testing, unit testing, performance testing, 508 testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Responsible for administration of testing tools to track defects, automate testing, and manage test cases and requirements traceability.
  • Prioritize tasks and determine what to test, how deeply to test it, and the risks incurred by how it is tested.
  • Create test documentation and resulting artifacts for training as needed.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related degree.
  • Three (3) years of software testing experience, delivering enterprise software preferred.
  • Experience working with .NET, SQL, web services, API calls, and XML preferred.
  • Practical testing expertise to include regression testing on complex, multi-tiered web-based applications.
  • Experience coordinating system, integration, UAT, full end-to-end/operational readiness testing, task tracking, and testing tools (such as JIRA or Microsoft Team Foundation Services).
  • Must work well in a team environment and possess strong communication skills.

Job Description

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Senior QA Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are upheld across all projects. Your expertise will drive the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures designed to meet both client expectations and regulatory requirements.

As the Senior QA Manager, you will lead a team of quality assurance professionals, conduct audits and inspections, and collaborate closely with project teams to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and results-oriented professional to make an impactful contribution to JASARA PMC's mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive quality management system
  • Lead and mentor the QA team to ensure effective implementation of quality control protocols
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and site evaluations to verify adherence to quality standards
  • Collaborate with project management and other departments to promote a culture of quality
  • Review and approve quality-related documentation, including plans and reports
  • Train employees on quality awareness and best practices in quality management
  • Analyze quality performance metrics and prepare actionable reports for management
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement effective corrective actions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in quality assurance management, preferably in construction or project management environments
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards
  • Proven experience leading and managing a QA team
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Relevant certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) are highly desirable
  • Experience with quality management software and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate a fast-paced work environment
