The role of the Tele Sales Representative is to serve as the first point of contact with potential clients, playing a key role in generating interest and driving sales opportunities through effective and professional phone communication. This position is vital in building a solid pipeline of qualified leads and converting initial inquiries into actionable prospects for the direct sales team. Additionally, the role supports the broader marketing and sales strategy by increasing awareness of real estate offerings and contributing to the company's overall sales growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make daily outbound calls to potential clients from the database or targeted lead sources.
  • Clearly present and explain available real estate projects, including location, unit types, prices, payment plans, and available amenities.
  • Listen attentively to client inquiries and respond with accurate and professional information.
  • Use persuasive communication skills to generate real interest and motivate the client to take the next step in the buying process.
  • Qualify leads based on interest level and readiness to purchase, and transfer qualified leads to the direct sales team.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule in-person meetings or site visits and follow up on the outcomes.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM system with all call details, client data, and notes.
  • Meet daily/weekly KPIs related to call volume, call duration, qualified leads, and conversions.
  • Prepare regular performance reports detailing call statistics, interested clients, successful conversions, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance messaging and communication techniques.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share feedback, discuss challenges, and explore improvement opportunities.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and data confidentiality standards when handling client information.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in Tele sales, customer service, or real estate sales is preferred
  • Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
