Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Co-op Trainee (Information Technology) (Saudi National) to join our team. In this role, you will join a leading professional engineering, construction, and cost management team working on multiple projects.
What You'll Be DoingLearn and perform a variety of IT duties by applying basic Information Technology techniques and analyses within one discipline. The student at this level is in a developmental mode, being trained under close supervision in the utilization of IT theories and practices, and gaining exposure to Company procedures. Assignment may be to a structured rotational program which would include experience in data controls, storage, IT security and network management, as well as through several disciplines in IT. Some assignments involve CAE (computer aided engineering).
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Incumbent must be enrolled in an IT Engineering curriculum at an accredited college or university and have completed typically 3+ years of studies in a major Information Technology discipline.
Communication in English must be Excellent (Speaking & Writing).
Working knowledge of PC software packages is required.

The Lab Technology Consultant, in addition to performing high complexity testing in different lab units, is responsible for the technical and scientific oversight of the assigned laboratory division/unit to ensure accurate and precise data for diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

- Participate in establishing key performance indicators to monitor and improve operational performance aligned with organizational objectives.
- Contribute to the annual quality management system evaluation and the development of operational manuals.
- Assist in establishing or verifying laboratory test performance specifications, selecting test methodologies, and participating in proficiency testing.
- Implement and monitor quality control programs to ensure ongoing test performance.

- Be available in the laboratory for consultations, sign and release high complexity testing reports as required by CAP, AABB, CBAHI, and MOH when assigned.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Technology Development Specialist will support all aspects of the Saudi Tech Center including, technology development, business development and customer support. Responsibilities will include:
+ To use technology experience and engineering knowledge for the KBR technologies which includes Ammonia, Olefins, Specialty Chemicals.
+ Drafting technology papers, technology information packages for clients, responding to client questions regarding technology, project execution and deliverables
+ Leading technology sessions, presenting papers, building customer and partner relationships, and developing new/existing sales leads
+ Development and maintenance of relationships with key client decision makers and executives
+ Technology support of sales leads by participating in meeting and liaison between technology and sales teams

+ REQUIREMENTS:
+ BSc or MSc in Process, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Physics or equivalent
+ Minimum of 6+ years CURRENT experience process technology
+ Is capable of understanding technology differences and can argumentatively convince others about pros and cons of various technologies
+ Understands challenges related to new technology implementation, including financial, environmental, legal, social and technical aspects
+ Able to work in cross-functional and multi-cultural environments
+ Must have the ability to clearly convey technical concepts and principles in both verbal and written communications to clients, peers and KBR management
+ Master in Process, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or Physics
+ MBA would be a plus
+ Experience in renewable energy, in particular its generation and storage in a chemical form to cope with its intermittency nature
