10. Maintains information security policies, processes, procedures, and standards.
11. In collaboration with the Information Security Officer, maintains information security policies, processes, procedures, and standards.
12. Assists IT Technical Manager with Technical Evaluations on incoming IT equipment to ensure compliance of hardware standards as procured
13. Assists IT Technical Manager in maintaining IT inventory
14. Upon work requirement should visit different VA locations for IT support
15. Performs other related duties as required
B. Independence: Acts under the direct supervision of the IT Technical Branch Manager; performs within broad objectives with significant choice of methods, and frequently develops methods to achieve desired results.

**Minimum Qualifications**
A. Education Level:
1. Required: An Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.
B. Training Certifications:
1. Required: Must possess and retain professional certification(s) relative to IT support technicians, such as CompTIA A+, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).
2. Preferred: Other IT-related certifications.
C. Experience:
1. Required: Experience in Information Technology, LAN or Software Implementation Management.
2. Preferred: Five years’ experience in the above or related fields.
D. Specific knowledge, skills, ability:
1. Knowledge of Information Management policies, procedures and techniques; knowledge of Network design and support operations network operating systems, software implementation support operations, and PC databases.
2. Strong knowledge in information security and/or network protection.
3. Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and writing.
4. MS Windows and MS Office proficient.

We're Aajil (previously BuildNow), processing hundreds of millions in BNPL transactions across the Kingdom. We need an IT Operations Specialist to ensure our team has the tech they need to transform Saudi SME trade.
The Role
Based in our Riyadh headquarters, you'll be the tech hero for 30+ builders disrupting traditional trade:
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide lightning-fast IT support across Mac/Windows environments.
- Own end-to-end employee onboarding: accounts, equipment, configure access.
- Administer our SaaS stack with security-first mindset and least-privilege access
- Automate repetitive tasks using Python/Bash scripts or low-code tools - if you do it twice, you automate it
- Maintain device inventory, manage software licenses, and ensure all hardware is encrypted
- Document everything: create SOPs, maintain asset registers, and run monthly "tech tips" sessions for the team
- Coordinate with vendors for renewals, troubleshoot network issues, and be first responder for any tech emergencies
What You Bring
- 2+ years hands-on IT support experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
- Solid experience administering Google Workspace (or Microsoft 365) and common SaaS tools
- Comfortable supporting both macOS and Windows - you can troubleshoot anything from printer drivers to VPN configs
- Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) and genuine excitement about automation
- Understanding of security basics: MFA, device encryption, access controls, patch management
- Natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and communicates clearly
- Fluent English required, Arabic is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
