The Technology Field Services Manager for Hotel Openings is responsible for leading and executing all technology-related aspects of new hotel openings and conversions. This role ensures that IT infrastructure, systems, and services are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with Hilton Worldwide Technology standards and brand requirements. The position is based in Riyadh, KSA, and requires up to 40% travel across the country to support hotel projects on-site.

In addition to technical execution, the role involves presenting and promoting Hilton's technology solutions to non-technical stakeholders such as hotel owners and specialized technology experts like consultants, contractors, and system integrators. More specifically, you will:

e-GRC (Cyber)
:

  • Management of enterprise governance, risk, and compliance (e-GRC) platforms such as RSA Archer and ServiceNow.
  • Conduct risk assessments, compliance audits, and reporting to ensure alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients on managing cybersecurity risks and improving governance frameworks.

Network & Device Security
:

  • Manage the security of client networks and endpoint devices, using solutions like Tanium and ManageEngine to enforce security policies.
  • Monitor and mitigate threats to ensure a secure and resilient IT infrastructure.
  • Lead incident response efforts for network or device-related security breaches.

Vulnerability Management
:

  • Conduct and manage vulnerability assessments using tools such as MS Defender and Tanium, prioritizing remediation efforts based on risk.
  • Provide actionable insights to clients for addressing critical vulnerabilities and reducing attack surfaces.

Cloud Security (Cybersecurity)
:

  • Implement and optimize cloud security controls using platforms like MS 365 Security, Google Security & Identity, and Purview.

Role Purpose

Lead the Managed SOC and Digital Forensics & Incident Response stream, ensuring timely threat detection, incident handling, escalation protocols, and forensic investigations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee SOC operations across L1, L2, and L3 tiers.
  • Define alert thresholds, escalation matrices, and incident runbooks.
  • Coordinate threat hunts and root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Manage DFIR tooling and evidence handling procedures.
  • Liaise with vendors for out-of-hours incident support.
Qualifications
  • 8–10 years in SOC leadership or DFIR roles.
  • Hands-on with incident response, malware analysis, SIEM triage.
  • Experience with forensic tools (e.g., FTK, EnCase).
