POSITION SUMMARY
The Infrastructure Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, support, and optimization of all infrastructure systems. This role includes managing a team of support engineers, ensuring system reliability, and implementing best practices to maintain high levels of system performance and availability.

NATURE & SCOPE
Infrastructure is accountable of NGHC IT/OT Networks systems, servers, databases, hardware activities including NGHC systems hosting & monitoring, governance, build Knowledge, and set the Strategy by covering maximum business critical processes of NGHC and recommends solutions as per Industry best practices.
- This position is anticipated to lead infrastructure division 05-07 employees and multiple vendors providing technology and support services.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
Team Management:
- Leads the infrastructure division across the company to ensure consistent and high-quality infrastructure management in support of the business goals.
- Determines the infrastructure approach and operating model in consultation with IT Teams and aligned with the risk management approach and compliance monitoring of non-digital risk areas.
- Manages the cost-efficient infrastructure division, consisting of direct reports and dotted line reports (such as individuals in business continuity and IT operations). This includes hiring (and conducting background checks), training, staff development, provide coaching, and foster professional development, performance management and annual performance reviews.
- Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure effective team workflow and coverage.
System Maintenance and Support:

Project Management:
