Job Overview:

Title: Sales Executive – Technology Solutions and IT Services

Location: Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an aggressive, ambitious, and passionate sales professional who can actively help grow Blue Altair’s business in Saudi Arabia and grow with us. This is an independent role, requiring a self-driven individual who will be responsible for developing deep, long-term relationships at all levels with their clients and must be highly skilled in all facets of the sales process including lead generation, qualification, account development, and account management.

Must have:

  • Good command in English language.
  • IT Services or Software Sales Experience
  • Flexible to travel within KSA.
  • Valid driving License & must own a car.
  • The interview process will be online.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales of a full range of our services and solutions into targeted markets and accounts.
  • Have hands-on experience in selling IT services to large enterprise clients, including identifying business needs, proposing tailored solutions, and managing end-to-end sales processes.
  • Actively market Blue Altair’s capabilities and services and identify leads that can leverage us.
  • Lead the development of winning sales strategies on complex engagements including, but not limited to, competitive strategy, pricing, negotiations, and navigating the relationships with key influencers in the client account.
  • Hunt for new opportunities to leverage and cross-sell Blue Altair’s full portfolio of services.

  • Leverage your business knowledge and identify appropriate solutions and services that benefit the client.

  • Lead the pursuit team and manage the resources needed to liaise between the client and Blue Altair internal resources to overcome hurdles and win new business.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities.
  • Develop personal knowledge of industry/market sector, clients’ business challenges and the impact of potential future changes.
  • Work with our channel partner community to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Be the trusted advisor to the executive level community in targeted opportunities and gain an understanding of the client’s strategic goals & objectives.

The Executive, Workplace Technology, is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to company employees, ensuring smooth operation of all hardware, software, and network systems. This role is central to maintaining productivity by troubleshooting IT issues, implementing solutions, and supporting IT infrastructure. The Executive will also collaborate with the IT team on various initiatives to enhance the organization's technology landscape and deliver a positive, reliable user experience.

For Hardware Engineers role:
Technical Support and Troubleshooting

  • Respond to hardware-specific issues related to physical devices like computers, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and repair hardware and peripherals, ensuring device functionality.

Network Infrastructure Support

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining network hardware (e.g., routers, switches).
  • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues, escalating advanced problems to the network team.

Inventory and License Management

  • Maintain inventory of physical IT hardware assets.
  • Track the usage and condition of hardware; assist in software compliance as needed.

Project and Initiative Support

  • Support hardware-focused projects, such as device upgrades and deployments.
  • Assist in hardware aspects of larger IT projects, coordinating with ICT for software elements.

Collaboration and Escalation

  • Work with technical staff on hardware issues, escalating software or complex issues to ICT.

  • Oversee network infrastructure, managing configurations and security for reliable connectivity.
  • Conduct advanced network troubleshooting, coordinating with specialized teams as necessary.

Inventory and License Management

  • Manage both hardware and software assets, ensuring compliance with software licensing.
