About the Role
:

The main role is to establish and strengthen collaboration with universities, research centers, and entrepreneurs to drive the development of patents, research papers, and innovative technologies and products for National Care Company. This position is responsible for leading and coordinating the technical development of new products and categories from concept to deployment within local and tool manufacturing setups, while also generating and implementing cost-saving initiatives for both existing and future products.

Responsibilities
:

• Define with IPD management the scope and list of ideas and points for potential research papers, patents that serve for company products.
• Coordinate with Universities, Researchers, Suppliers, Entrepreneurs, others focus on list of points/ ideas for potential research papers, patents that serve for company products.
• Coordinate with Suppliers, Entrepreneurs, others focus on developing new products / categories / technologies that serve for company products.
• Coordinate & Manage with all concerned internal & external partners for cost saving ideas for existing & new products.
• Plan and conduct scientific experiments in the laboratory on different technical projects (customer service requests and new application developments projects with a focus on dosage forms).
• Provide solutions to problems within work area by applying scientific and engineering principles.
• Schedule experiments and prioritize assignments to meet project objectives and deadline, Toll manufacturing qualification.
• Prepare technical reports and other communications with interpretation of data, conclusions, and recommendations for future work.
• Frequent customer interaction (e.g., R&D, Manufacturing, Quality) in support of existing and new products through technical consultations, trial support, preparing and delivering presentations.
• Support customers with their technical challenges, related to formulation development, troubleshooting and processing.
• Facilitate technical seminars in-house at customers, as well as open seminars & webinars for multiple customers in the region.
• Actively identify new opportunities for technology development and new customer opportunities.
• Support the development of technical sales and marketing literature and presentations including publications in peer reviewed journals and industry recognized forums.
• Represent the company at external industry events and major technical conferences presenting and promoting research findings.

Job Purpose

Responsibilities:

Research & Innovation

• Develop and lead R&D projects focused on improving crop yields, soil health, pest management, and farm productivity.

• Develop and manage R&D activities for savory products, including ideation, formulation, development and optimization of flavors and seasoning blends
• Design and conduct experiments, sensory evaluations and consumer tests to evaluate the performance along with acceptability of new products and make data driven decisions
• Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and suggest modifications as necessary

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PhD-level R&D Scientist with 3–4 years of experience in drilling fluid systems and simulation modeling. The ideal candidate will lead and contribute to the development and optimization of advanced drilling fluid technologies and digital simulation tools to enhance wellbore stability, efficiency, and sustainability in drilling operations.

This is a strategic role for someone who combines deep technical knowledge with hands-on experience in lab research, fluid rheology, and numerical modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct R&D projects focused on designing, testing, and improving drilling fluid systems (water-based, oil-based, synthetic-based, or polymer-based).
• Develop and implement simulation models (e.g., hydraulics, thermal modeling, cuttings transport, fluid loss) to predict drilling fluid performance in various well conditions.
• Utilize numerical tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL, CFD, or custom simulators) to optimize formulations and drilling parameters.
• Conduct laboratory experiments to assess rheology, stability, filtration, and other key drilling fluid properties under HPHT conditions.

The best candidates have studied pharmacist, chemist or scientific discipline in general and has gained at least 5 years of experience in role. Preferably he or she worked in companies developing own cosmetic formulations and have big experience in (hair care as shampoo, conditioner, serum, cream, henna, perfumes, straightener, etc.)

and skin care products as (moisturizing cream, skin care creams, sun block, serums, shower gel, soaps, cleansers, acne formulations, scrubs, masks, etc.)

Duties and responsibilities:

1- Develop new formulations, shade matching and reformulate existing products under management direction.

2-Resposible for the maintenance of accuracy of information in database and active participation in the resolution of formula issues.

3-Excellent project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize.

4-Conduct stability testing (tracking stability, texture, PH, viscosity, etc.)

5-Create flow chart to any formula and summarize data for review at each test period.
