To lead the analysis and management of Business Enablement Applications, including ERP and Non-ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with operational business analysts on process changes and impacts.   • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Document business processes, requirements, and user stories. Support the implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Contribute to project planning, execution, and closure.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
