Qualifications:
- Technical/Engineering Diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of training experience.
- At least 5 years of industrial experience in the oil & gas industry.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Preferred:
- Competence-based assessment experience (e.g., NVQ).
- A1 or V1 / D32 or D33 certification.
- Middle East experience.
- High proficiency in IT and presentation skills.
- Certified Trainer or ‘Train the Trainer’ qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain training programs, materials, assessments, and procedures.
- Support recruitment and selection of training associates/assistants.
- Ensure adequate and suitable equipment in workshops and laboratories.
- Source redundant equipment for training purposes.
- Create and implement written and performance assessments.
- Deliver training sessions and presentations.
- Evaluate trainee portfolios to meet External Verifier and Awarding Body standards.
- Support trainee certification as NVQ Assessors.
- Ensure program standards are maintained at the center and workplace (OJT).
- Implement and maintain Quality Assurance systems and policies.
- Manage teaching and assessment schedules.
- Coach and train technicians as needed.
- Prepare reports and suggest improvements for training programs.
