Coordinate with the service providers to prepare and update requested reports for the planned preventive, corrective maintenance activities, incidents, and assessments to be provided to Facility Management.

Monitor the compliance of deliverables to be in line with ALJ entities facility representative inputs & requirements.

Inspect and test MEP systems to ensure that they are operating properly.

Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems.

Resolve any disputes or disagreements that may arise between the facility and the maintenance contractor.

Ensure contract condition with the maintenance contractor are applied, including ensuring that payments are made on time.

Coordinate the work of the maintenance contractor with other contractors who may be working on the site, such as construction contractors.

Ensure that the maintenance contractor is following all applicable safety regulations.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed within the facilities under his responsibility and ensure that 100% of maintenance work is accurately documented.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Minimum Experience

At least above 5 years' experience in Facility Management
