About the role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Solution Architect to lead enterprise-level engagements and drive excellence in Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Purview, Defender, Intune, Entra, and Defender for Cloud Apps, combined with expertise in leveraging Graph APIs to optimize and automate processes. The ideal candidate will evaluate delivery quality, foster innovation, and ensure technical documentation aligns with client expectations and industry standards.

Job responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Innovation:

  • Foster Innovation: Stay ahead of technology advancements to recommend and implement innovative Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance solutions.
  • Introduce cutting-edge practices, including automation via Graph APIs and AI-driven tools, to optimize client environments.
  • Evaluate current security and compliance strategies, identifying areas for modernization and improvement to enhance client value.

Solution Design and Implementation:

  • Architect and oversee the deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions, focusing on:
  • Microsoft Purview: Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Insider Risk Management, eDiscovery.
  • Microsoft Defender Suite: Defender for Endpoint, Office 365, Cloud Apps.
  • Microsoft Intune: Device compliance policies, endpoint security baselines, and app protection.
  • Microsoft Entra: Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Identity Protection.
  • Defender for Cloud Apps: Configure and monitor app discovery, session policies, and risk management for cloud applications.
  • Leverage Microsoft Graph APIs to automate security and compliance tasks, enhance operational efficiency, and enable integration with third-party systems.

Client Engagement and Advisory:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct workshops, assessments, and executive briefings to communicate strategic insights and project outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary technical escalation point for clients, providing trusted advisory services.

Team Leadership and Quality Assurance:

  • Evaluate Delivery Quality: Review and assess the team's technical outputs, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Review and Approve Documentation: Critically evaluate and approve High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and other technical documentation before release to customers.
  • Lead and mentor consulting teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor project delivery progress and ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and client requirements.

Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:

  • Implement advanced monitoring and reporting using Microsoft Defender, Intune, and Purview to enhance security and compliance posture.
  • Continuously refine processes and solutions based on evolving threats, emerging regulations, and client feedback.
  • Drive automation initiatives to streamline compliance reporting, incident response, and security management.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance tools, including:
  • Microsoft Purview (Information Protection, DLP, Records Management).
  • Microsoft Defender Suite (Endpoint, Office 365, Cloud Apps).
  • Microsoft Intune (Device compliance, endpoint security).
  • Microsoft Entra (Azure AD, PIM, Conditional Access).

The Technical Solution Specialist provides technical and product support to sales teams, resellers, and customers throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities include developing solutions, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance. You are vital to our organization's ability to deliver customer value and drive accelerated growth. You will work within a strong network of dedicated professionals who provide industry-leading customer service and support via Senior Leadership, Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Technical Support, Project Sales, Bids Team, and Technical Applications professionals.

The Technical Solutions Manager will develop technical awareness around the online /process measurement solutions that Hach provides to each customer, tailored to their specific needs and the industry in which they operate

The TSM participates as an active member of the Sales team, providing tactical execution and strategic direction to expand the HACH footprint in the water market.

Working from a home office, this highly autonomous role requires an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to develop and execute a collaborative business plan and manage territory as it is one's own business.

You will be responsible for proactively selling to existing and new Industrial customers within a defined geographic territory to drive market penetration and accelerated sales growth. In this role, you will entrepreneurially target the Industrial vertical by engaging in-person to build funnel, prospect for new leads, provide existing customer account management, and project pursuit. You will leverage multiple selling resources including inside sales, distribution channel sales, and other sales resources to create a winning go to market strategy.

The essential requirements for the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field such as Environmental Science, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, or equivalent experience; a Master's an asset,
  • 5 to 10 years' related technical experience and knowledge in water quality monitoring such as an technical support, water application specialist, water commissioning engineer, Business development engineer in the water Online (process) instruments with other makers
  • Strong public speaking skills English/Arabic
  • Demonstrated skills in business development management and knowledge of CRM software (SFDC or equivalent).

About the Role :

TjDeeD is looking for a skilled and proactive Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team in KSA . This role is a critical link between our account managers and technical delivery teams, helping position and promote our diverse IT solutions portfolio to clients. The ideal candidate will drive presales efforts, deliver engaging demos, and act as the technical owner of proposals and solution strategies.

Presales & Proposal Ownership
