Key Responsibilities
• Project Support & Administration
• Support the review of initial project documentation, such as basic contract details or proposal summaries, on the CRM to learn the foundational elements of project initiation and ensure data accuracy for subsequent project phases.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

- Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master) (Preferred).
- ITIL Foundation (Preferred).
