  12. Lead change management initiatives.
  13. Conduct training sessions for Admin, Secretary, and Board Members.
  14. Deliver refresher sessions for all accounts.
  15. Demonstrate product features, including new updates, and handle customization requests.
  16. Respond promptly to customer requests.
  17. Focus on customer retention and mitigate termination requests.
  18. Avoid severe escalations from customers.
  19. Complete tasks assigned by the reporting manager and adhere to attendance and productivity standards.
  20. Coordinate with internal teams such as Support, Finance, Deployment, and Legal.
  21. Participate in regular meetings and report progress.
  22. Record all client interactions in the CRM system.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS or IT solutions.
  • 3 to 6 years of account management or sales experience preferred.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Based in KSA or willing to relocate within the region.
