We’re looking for an experienced Software Project Manager who will take on the management of key client projects, especially those involving mega projects.

1. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
2. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
3. Ensure resource availability and allocation
4. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
5. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
6. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
7. Report and escalate issues to management as needed
8. Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders
9. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
10. Establish and maintain relationships with clients
11. Meet with clients to clarify specific project requirements
12. Oversee multi-functional project teams with at least 10-15 members, including Developers, UX/UI designers, Business Analysts, and QA Personnel
13. Analyze current Agile processes, identify areas for improvement, and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements
14. Manage projects using JIRA and Confluence; provide software training to team members as needed
15. Ensure software quality standards are met and requirements are delivered within budget and on schedule

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management and software development
• Good knowledge of project estimation techniques
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

• Facilitating project initiation by defining project scope and requirements, and preparing the necessary documents and requirements
• Developing project plans and timelines to ensure the timely submission of project deliverables
• Managing project budgets and resources to ensure the timely completion of milestones
• Tracking and documenting progress and communicating project status updates to key stakeholders
• Identifying and managing project risks
• Facilitating team meetings and collaboration
• Liaising for changes and negotiations with relevant stakeholders
• Ensuring software quality standards are met and requirements are submitted within budget and on time

• +7 years of professional work in the software field.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science in information technology, software engineering, or a related field
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. Fully Understand SDLC. Practical knowledge of technology solutions and project management knowledge
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Project Manager specializing in ERP, CRM, and SaaS systems at Vision Solutions, located in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The Software Project Manager will be responsible for managing software development projects, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of ERP/CRM/SaaS solutions. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with development teams, conducting requirements analysis, developing project plans, and communicating project status to stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the
  end-to-end lifecycle
  of software projects: requirements gathering, planning, resource allocation, execution, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Supervise
  cross-functional teams
  (developers, analysts, QA, UI/UX) using
  Agile / Scrum methodologies
  .
• Deliver ERP and CRM solutions (Odoo, Oracle ERP, Zoho CRM) and ensure seamless integration with finance, HR, and inventory systems.
• Define project scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring KPIs and deliverables are met.
• Improve project delivery efficiency by structuring sprints and aligning stakeholders.
• Support
  Pre-Sales and Customer Success
  activities: preparing proposals, demos, and engaging with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Utilize project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, ClickUp) for task tracking, reporting, and team collaboration.
• Provide regular project reports and performance reviews to senior management.

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of proven experience
  in software project management within software houses or IT solution providers.
• Strong expertise in
  ERP & CRM systems
  (Odoo, Oracle ERP, Zoho CRM).
• Professional certifications such as
  PMP, Agile Master, Scrum, CCNA/CCNP, MCSE/MCSA
  are highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience managing technical teams across multiple regions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
• Solid experience in preparing and presenting technical & financial proposals.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Makkah, Saudi Arabia
