Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Facilities Managment Technical Director to join our team! In this role you will lead the delivery and implementation of key projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead a team to identify, develop and deliver Facility Management opportunities in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • Drive the business development strategy for Facilities Management opportunities including leading the team’s input for tender responses in FM and related fields.

  • Oversee the delivery of FM projects across multiple industry domains which include both consultancy and solution / product deployment.

  • Work with the regional team to identify and build relevant industry partnerships in order to support the Facility Management strategy

  • The MEA region is a key sector of the Global Parsons business and a major area for development of the Facilities Management Business; a critical aspect will be the two-way interface between the Saudi Arabian business and the Parsons Regional teams, to build capability and share knowledge and strategies.

  • Establish, develop and manage both client and partner relationships in Saudi Arabia and be able to demonstrate Parson’s capabilities in this domain.

  • Makes regular recommendations for new technologies and product offerings through a knowledge of the Facilities Management technology landscape and revolution.

  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Minimum; Bachelor’s degree in a technology / engineering related field.

  • At least 20 years’ successful experience in various Facilities Management driven business development, design and deployment projects around the world.

  • Extensive experience of implementing Facility Management frameworks

  • Proven experience in building, mentoring and leading teams of experts and engineers and to drive business growth through strategy, business development and robust project delivery.

  • As a recognized professional in the Facilities Management industry, the candidate shall be the representative of Parsons’ and shall have proven experience of publishing thought pieces, journal papers and have extensive experience presenting at industry relevant conferences and events.

  • Identification of new areas of work, to keep ahead of industry trends identifying opportunities to diversify the portfolio and disrupt the industry.

  • The candidate must demonstrate strong communications and analytical skills and the ability to pay careful attention to details and must have the capacity to work well in groups.

  • The candidate shall have excellent project management and communication skills

The Role
RT is looking for a highly skilled IT Infrastructure & Security Project Manager to lead mission-critical technology projects across infrastructure and cybersecurity domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with networks, data centers, access control systems, and security operations, while also demonstrating the ability to lead projects, engage clients, and ensure successful delivery. This role is central to supporting RT’s clients in the banking, government, and enterprise sectors. Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery & Management: • Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end IT infrastructure and security projects. • Define project scope, milestones, and resource requirements in alignment with RT’s standards and client expectations. • Manage timelines, budgets, and risks across multiple projects simultaneously. Infrastructure Oversight: • Lead implementation and support of LAN/WAN, server systems, storage, and data center infrastructure. • Oversee deployment and maintenance of hardware, including firewalls, routers, switches, CCTV systems, and access control devices. • Coordinate installations and upgrades with minimal business disruption. Cybersecurity & Access Control: • Ensure security solutions meet compliance, regulatory, and client-specific requirements (e.g., SAMA, NCA). • Lead access control, vulnerability assessment, endpoint protection, and firewall configuration projects. • Collaborate with RT’s cybersecurity team to enforce best practices in network and data security. Stakeholder & Client Engagement: • Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and government or banking sector clients to ensure transparent communication and project alignment. • Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for stakeholders and RT leadership. Business Support: • Support the pre-sales team by providing technical input on proposals and solution design. • Help secure and onboard new projects by demonstrating a strong technical and management presence.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Computer Engineering. • Minimum 10 years of experience managing IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects. • Strong technical knowledge of networking, servers, access control, CCTV, and firewalls. • Experience working with banking or government clients is a strong advantage. • Preferable to familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, NCA ECC, ISO 27001. • Preferable to have project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or Agile) is preferred.
