Lead Process Engineer with proven experience in the Licensor works and PDP Development of pre-loop reactor, loop reactor, slurry treatment and flashing, resin transfer, iC4 recovery, powder feeding to vertically expanded gas phase reactor and PP. **Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in Petrochemicals
- Lead a team of about 10 - 15 Process Engineers and related discipline engineers and designers
- Shall have minimum 5 years of licensor experience in Polymers
- Scoping of projects, including process deliverables
- Experimental validation of simulation results and fine tune the predictive models for better prediction and closely match with reality.
- Review and approve process deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, Design Basis, Process Narratives, Process Calculations, Equipment Specification documents, etc)
- Review and approve process engineering work plans
- Review and approve basis of design documents
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team, including the Clients
- Responsible for design integrity of process engineering scope, performance of assigned staff, and on-schedule delivery of the work within budget
- Lead technical presentations to Clients and their representatives as required
- Serve as technical resource to Process Engineers and related Discipline engineers and designers

The Senior Manager - Engineering Management is responsible for the development, preparation and management of the project engineering documentation required to successfully deliver all engineering activities within their assigned project to ensure appropriate, fully functional and project compliant engineering outcomes. Initial assigned projects will include a selection of neighbourhoods in Phase 1 of THE LINE.
The Senior Manager - Engineering Management is accountable for managing their team of permanent and or temporary staff including any assigned resources, discipline engineers, subject matter experts, secondees and consultants in order to deliver the agreed engineering milestones and outcomes.
The Senior Manager - Engineering Management, on a day-to-day basis, will report to their assigned Project Manager/Director on project related matters and will provide all necessary work output, support, guidance, and advice as may be required or requested by the Project Manager/Director. In addition, the Senior Manager - Engineering Management will report to the Director of Engineering Management on matters of strategic and or critical engineering importance, general project status and project progress updates of material concern and on matters of leave and pay
In addition, the Senior Manager - Engineering Management will work closely with the relevant NEOM sectors and stakeholders to ensure the correct engineering outcomes are communicated, managed, and delivered.
It is incumbent on the Senior Manager - Engineering Management to undertake their duties in a professional and diligent matter, always taking due care to support the required outcomes and objectives. **Job Description:**
**Role Purpose**
Working as part of a single LINE organization to be accountable for the successful delivery of the Engineering Design and Construction of the Projects (excluding the Special Projects) which are part of THE LINE region.
THE LINE region contains a variety of projects in a 9,500km2 land area, including the initial Hidden Marina Mirror Line phase 1 modules, the Landscapes of THE LINE, three 'special projects' and the NEOM International Airport (NIA). This role is excludes the three 'Special Projects' but covers all of the other projects and will have dual reporting lines as part of the Project teams and as part of the Engineering team within the LINE Design.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Successful delivery of the Engineering Design and Construction scope for the Projects in a manner that supports the successful delivery of the project goals in terms of budget, schedule, quality and sustainability. Being part of the team accountable for delivering the multi-disciplinary engineering for THE LINE region.
+ Leading a team accountable for managing the delivery (by others) of the Design and Construction of the Engineering systems related to the Projects whilst maintaining the iconic nature of the architecture.
+ Overall accountability for the success delivery of the Projects engineering as well as meeting the other agreed project KPIs (time, cost and quality).
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop a comprehensive Engineering strategy aligned with the Project delivery strategy
+ Develop implementation plans for Engineering design and construction of the Projects that consider project-specific requirements, timelines, and budgets. Align plans with the overarching mission and objectives, ensuring a clear roadmap for achieving our goals. Plans to be developed with the Project leadership (design and project management).
+ Utilize industry knowledge and network to source opportunities for the Engineering design and construction of the Projects. Evaluate and select technologies that align with our goals and can be seamlessly integrated into the projects.
+ Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence. Provide mentorship, guidance, and direction to ensure the successful execution of the strategy for successful delivery of the Design and Construction of the Engineering systems of the Projects.
+ Demonstrate a strong ability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions to overcome obstacles to ensure successful project execution.
+ Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of the Engineering Design and Construction on project timelines, costs, and environmental footprint.
+ Regularly monitor and report on progress to leadership.
+ Leverage knowledge of latest advancements and trends in Engineering to inform decision-making.
+ Work with the project Design leadership to deliver excellent Engineering systems that support the over-arching project objectives including the quality, time and cost objectives set.
