Job Description
The prime responsibility of the technical specialist will be for all technical aspects related to Health Matrix products, including pre-sales, project implementations, and 2nd Line support services. The role also involves participating in hardware and software capacity surveys, implementations, changes, or configurations where required. The technical specialist delivers advisory services to clients on how to implement and configure Health Matrix products in line with current technical best practices. They consider the objectives and goals of clients and advise on how to configure, build, and use Health Matrix products to meet these objectives.
The technical specialist must have knowledge of the latest technologies to provide options for infrastructure design for Health Matrix products, including advantages and disadvantages of each technology. Researching and selecting the most cost-efficient solutions for software needs will also be a key responsibility.
Responsibilities- Deliver quality solutions on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to the client's business.
- Handle technical tasks such as installation, configuration, setup, and upgrades of applications and components.
- Manage integration tasks, including building, configuring, setting up, and modifying applications and components.
- Perform technical analyses, working with subject matter experts to ensure user needs are correctly specified and effectively implemented.
- Provide infrastructure specifications for installing and hosting software, and identify suitable technical solution alternatives.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical domain and integrations.
- Good knowledge and experience in coding and programming.
- Experience with integration engines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of HL7 integrations is a plus.

- 8–10 years of hands-on SOA 11g/12c implementation and support experience.
- Deep understanding of SOA principles and Oracle SOA Suite architecture.
- Integration & Development:
- Design and develop SOA Composites (OSB, BPEL, BAM).
- Expertise in adapters (File, FTP, Database, JMS, MQ) and web services (SOAP, REST).
- Troubleshoot and reprocess failed records in SOA.
- Technical Skills:
- Configure and tune JMS Servers, Data Sources, and adapters.
- Manage transactions, exceptions, mappings, and transformations.
- Test services using SOAP UI and OSB console.
- Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work with cross-functional teams for data integration solutions.
