Technical Specialist
will serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients—from pre-sales through implementation and post-go-live support—to ensure the successful deployment and configuration of RLDatix solutions.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• Deliver installation, configuration, setup, and upgrades of RLDatix software and hardware to ensure seamless implementation
• Support integration tasks (including APIs, HL7, XML, JSON, Mirth Connect, and Cloverleaf) in order to ensure interoperability with hospital systems
• Respond to 2nd line support cases and resolve technical issues in order to maintain customer satisfaction and uptime
• Advise clients on infrastructure design, system configuration, and IT best practices to optimize use of RLDatix products
