Job Description Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Data & Marketing Engagement Technical Expert to drive the architecture, integration, and execution of data-driven marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in aligning data platforms with marketing goals, enabling hyper-personalized customer engagement, and enhancing campaign effectiveness through advanced analytics and marketing automation.

You will
  • Lead the technical design and implementation of marketing engagement platforms including CDPs (Customer Data Platforms), DMPs (Data Management Platforms), CRM, and campaign automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud).
  • Enable end-to-end marketing data pipelines — from ingestion, cleansing, enrichment, segmentation, and activation — across digital and offline channels.
  • Work with marketing, data science, and IT teams to define data strategy and support omnichannel personalization initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain scalable solutions for real-time customer engagement, behavioral tracking, and audience profiling.
  • Integrate first-, second-, and third-party datasources to build unified customer views and actionable insights.
  • Ensure privacy-compliant data usage (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in campaign execution and marketing analytics.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers and data analysts to design, A/B test, and optimize customer journeys and touchpoints.
  • Provide technical mentorship and best practices to development and campaign execution teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or related domains, with at least 3 years focused on BaaS or embedded finance.
  • Deep understanding of banking and payments infrastructure (core banking, payment rails, card networks, KYC/AML processes, etc.).
  • Proven experience in API-first product development and platformization.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and risk management frameworks in banking.

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to Mechanical and plumbing designs and construction.
  • Prevent the emergence of questions before during or after the design period stages
  • Organize and participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress, Mechanical and plumbing challenges, and potential solutions, add value to our services
  • Translate Mechanical and plumbing details into clear and concise information for non-technical stakeholders
  • Facilitate date collection and interfaces with airport and others designers.

Here's what you'll need

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in mechanical and plumbing engineering, with at least 5 years in airport infrastructure and terminal building projects.
  • Proven experience in a client liaison role, managing relationships with stakeholders on complex projects.
  • Expertise in the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical and plumbing systems in airport environments, including airside and landside facilities.

Technical Expertise

  • Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems for airport infrastructure, including

  • HVAC systems For terminal buildings, lounges, and airside facilities.

  • Plumbing systems Potable water, drainage, wastewater, and rainwater management.
