+ Extensive experience working with consulting firms or engineering design organizations.
+ Deep understanding of regional and international design codes and standards (e.g., ACI, BS, Eurocodes).
+ Proven track record of leading complex, multidisciplinary design projects.
+ Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
+ Ability to lead technical teams and influence outcomes through expertise and collaboration.
+ Experience in the Middle East, particularly in KSA, is highly desirable.
+ Chartered Engineer status (e.g., MICE, PE, or equivalent) is a plus.

  • Extensive experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) and similar platforms.
  • Strong background in app development using Flutter and native technologies.
  • Proficient in testing automation and related frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of technical architecture principles and best practices.
  • Experience in the retail industry, understanding its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, including experience managing Offshore Teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
