Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage full-stack engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Drive solution architecture and technical proposals for IoT, microservices, and cloud-based platforms.
Oversee sprint planning, execution, and delivery using Agile tools (Jira, Notion, Confluence).
Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams on technical requirements and timelines.
Work closely with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to develop AI-driven features.
Manage integration, processing, and visualization of IoT device data.
Recruit, mentor, and grow engineering talent while fostering accountability and innovation.
Technical Requirements
Strong expertise in , , , Laravel (PHP), and .NET.
Solid understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
Experience with AI/ML integrations (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs).
Hands-on experience in real-time data processing and IoT device integrations.
Proficient with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
Strong background in cloud infrastructure and event-driven architecture.
Leadership & Soft Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering leadership or management roles.
Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and manage technical teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
