- Minimum of 12 years of experience in geotechnical testing or related field.
- The Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of technicians to conduct a variety of tests to ensure the integrity of embankments construction projects. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to upholding quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technicians to conduct geotechnical tests, including soil compaction tests, plate load tests, and other field tests as required.
- Ensure that all testing procedures are conducted accurately, safely, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing and take proactive measures to address them.
- Maintain testing equipment and ensure that it is calibrated and in good working condition.
- Collect and analyze test data, prepare reports, and communicate findings to project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that testing requirements are met and project goals are achieved.
- Provide training and guidance to technicians to support their professional development and ensure the quality of their work.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree or technical diploma in civil engineering technology, geotechnical engineering technology, or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of geotechnical testing procedures and equipment.
- Leadership ability, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions quickly.
