This role requires a sharp eye for quality, coordination, and compliance, ensuring all MEP systems are installed and commissioned as per approved standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all site supervision activities related to MEP systems, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, construction drawings, and relevant engineering standards.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and coordination drawings provided by contractors.
- Ensure integration and coordination of MEP systems with architectural, structural, and civil disciplines throughout the construction process.
- Monitor the site installation works for:
- HVAC systems
- Electrical systems
- Fire protection systems
- Plumbing systems
- ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems
— to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify that all MEP works are executed in accordance with:

- Verifying executed work quantities
- Certifying completed MEP works for payment processing
- Lead coordination meetings with contractors and stakeholders to track MEP progress, address scheduling conflicts, and resolve technical issues proactively.
- Ensure all MEP works are performed in full compliance with project health and safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
Experience:
- Proven experience in site-based MEP supervision on large-scale construction projects.
