- Support the design and delivery of OT/ICS cybersecurity services (SOC, vulnerability assessment, segmentation, incident response, compliance).
- Contribute to the service catalogue and assist in defining delivery and operating models.
- Map and document processes and workflows to support scalable delivery.
- Develop sales and proposal materials, including collateral, templates, and sector-specific narratives.
- Benchmark services against international standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF) and ensure compliance with regional frameworks (NCA, SAMA, NDMO, ZATCA).
- Assist in building pricing models and commercial toolkits to support business development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive service readiness and consistent execution.
- 4-8 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or OT/ICS security services.
- Hands-on experience in service catalogue development, workflow mapping, or delivery models.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to translate them into business value.
- Experience in developing client-facing documentation and supporting sales initiatives.
- Knowledge of global and regional cybersecurity frameworks (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NCA, SAMA, NDMO, ZATCA).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
